Our Story
Alto Music’s story is pure, real-deal music retail. Owner Jon Haber started at Alto in 1981, sweeping floors and building displays. By 1989, he took the reins and never looked back.
Jon has spent his entire career in the music business, not just as a retailer, but as a working songwriter and recording musician. Music isn’t a side interest here — it’s the foundation. That lifelong connection to players, creators, and gear is still what drives Alto today.
