With 7 warehouses across the country, free Blink 2-day shipping on qualifying products, and same-day delivery across much of the tri-state area, we’ve built our entire operation around one thing: getting gear into your hands, fast.
Same-Day Delivery (Get It Today)
Need it today? We’ll send a Roadie.
Same-day delivery means your order shows up the same day it leaves our building—no waiting, no drama.
A few things to know:
- 3PM cutoff — Order before 3:00 PM local time. After that, even the fastest roadie needs a break.
- In stock = in play — If it’s not available at a same-day eligible location, it’s not making the trip. Some oversized or fragile items may sit this one out too.
- Location matters — We cover a solid radius, but distance, traffic, and reality all factor in. If you’re far out, timing may stretch.
- Handled by Roadie — A real human (not a truck route) is bringing your gear. Once it’s picked up, delivery is handled by our courier partner, Roadie.
- Delivery windows aren’t exact — You’ll get it today, but not necessarily at a precise time. Think “same day,” not “same hour.”
- Things can shift — Weather, traffic, order volume, or carrier availability can impact timing. If same-day isn’t possible, we’ll reach out with options.
- Make sure your info is right — Bad address or no safe drop-off = delays or extra fees.
- No changes mid-trip — Once your order is in motion, we can’t modify it.
- We may step in if needed — If something prevents a successful delivery, we reserve the right to adjust or cancel same-day service. We’ll keep you in the loop.
Blink Free 2-Day Shipping
Fast, free, and no overthinking it.
“Blink” means your order arrives within 2 days after it ships—not necessarily 2 days after you place the order. We move quick, but we’re not bending time (yet).
Here’s how it works:
- It’s free — No minimums, no surprises. Just fast shipping on us.
- 2 days from ship date — Delivery timing starts when your order leaves our building, not when you hit “buy.”
- Processing still applies — Orders need time to be picked, packed, and handed off. Most orders ship fast, but timing can vary based on volume and item availability.
- Not always air — “2-day” refers to transit time, not the method. We use the fastest, most efficient option to get it there in two days.
- In-stock items only — If something’s backordered or coming from a different location, it may not qualify.
- Where you are matters — Most locations qualify, but remote areas may take longer.
- Carrier reality applies — Weather, delays, and peak season chaos can impact timing once it’s in transit.
- Split shipments can happen — If your order ships from multiple locations, items may arrive separately.
Shipping (The Rest of the Story)
We keep shipping simple, but there are a few details worth calling out:
- Free shipping (almost everywhere) — Most orders over $94.72 ship free within the contiguous U.S. (Yeah, it’s a weird number. We stand by it.)
- Continental U.S. only — Free shipping applies to the lower 48. Alaska, Hawaii, and international orders are a different story.
- Some items don’t qualify — Oversized, overweight, or special-order items may have additional shipping costs.
- Expedited = extra — Need it faster than free shipping? Totally doable, just not free.
- Signature required over $500 — For higher-value orders, someone will need to be there to receive it. No porch roulette.
- Online only — Free shipping offers apply to orders placed on our website— not necessarily not in-store or over the phone. Speak with sales staff for offline details.
- Split happens — We ship from multiple locations (7 warehouses in US), so your order may arrive in separate boxes and at different times.
- Processing comes first — Orders need to be picked, packed, and handed off before they ship. We move fast, but we still pack your gear like it matters (because it does).
- We’ll make it right if something’s off — If there’s a delay, issue, or curveball, we’ll keep you in the loop and work toward a solution.
