The American Vintage Medium is a vintage coated 10mil, single-ply drumhead. Suitable as a batter or resonant head. The American Vintage Series Drumhead has a slightly larger hoop diameter to allow for a more relaxed fit on hard to fit drums.

This series was initially designed for older American made drums that needed heads that were slightly larger due to thicker coverings, scarf joints, or out of round age issues.

This specialty line of drumheads features a unique vintage coating that is slightly thicker and has a look, a feel, and the warm sound of a calfskin head. The medium-weight VTC-M is an all-purpose drumhead that makes drums of a certain vintage sing again! Also available in a 7mil thin weight.
