The d:facto™ Interview Microphone is a professional broadcast mic in a class of its own. It provides outstanding voice clarity, linearity and low noise. Wind and handling noise rejection is superior to competing microphones straight out of the box. And, in most cases, you will not need the extra foam windscreens or fur windjammers.

The d:facto™ 2006V Twin Diaphragm Omnidirectional Microphone Capsule is a linear omnidirectional mic capsule optimized for broadcast interviews. This design is a special twin-diaphragm omnidirectional capsule. It is built out of two d:screet™ miniature capsules mounted back-to-back. The well-known sonic signature of these tiny capsules secures high consistency and frequency neutrality. You can remove the capsule and replace it with any other d:facto™ capsule if your needs change.

The mic also features a robust three-stage pop protection grid built into the microphone removes unwanted noise.

Although, the d:facto™ Interview Microphone is the perfect choice to use with your favorite wireless system, it is not necessarily set to be a wireless mic. The adapter can be replaced with the d:facto™ Handle for a wired solution.

Flexible Adapter System

This gives you flexible, simple and affordable possibilities. With the d:facto™ series, you are no longer bound to one wireless system. As circumstances change, you can just switch your adapter at a quarter of the cost of a new microphone. You won't hear any loss in sound quality.

d:facto™ adapters work with all leading wireless mic solutions, such as Lectrosonics, Sennheiser, Shure, Sony and Wisycom. DPA Microphones’ ingenious adapter system is one of a kind in the industry. This modular system protects your investment in fantastic sound for years to come.
