From Eastman's Pacific Coast Highway series, the PCH3 delivers the tonal response, player comfort, and materials you’d never expect to find on such a modestly priced instrument. Eastman's new Grand Auditorium body produces a versatile, well-balanced tone that rivals the power and projection of a dreadnaught, in a smaller, universally wieldy size.

Tonewoods include a solid Sitka Spruce top with scalloped bracing (a feature usually found only on very high-end models), providing a rich, open tone. The figured maple back and sides are visually stunning and provide a crisp, bright tonal edge, augmenting fingerstyle and flatpicking styles. The sturdy maple neck is joined to the body with a dovetail neck joint (a feature usually found only on very high-end models), which maximizes resonance. The neck shape is a comfortable modern C shape, capped with a 12” radius, 22 fret Ovangkol board with a generous 1 ¾ bone nut.

Classic adornment includes top and back binding, genuine pearl dot markers, and a stunning Abalone rosette. The full-gloss “True Tone” finish, developed by master luthier Dana Bourgeois, is a brand-new formula that bridges the gap between the open sound and beauty of lacquer and the durability of urethane (shown here in subtle Amberburst).

The Eastman PCH3-GACE Grand Auditorium is also fitted with onboard Fishman electronics for a seamless transition from practice to stage. Gig Bag included.
