8" Pro Audio Speaker, 125 Watts at 8 Ohms
The American Standard Alpha 8A is recommended for pro audio mid-range applications in a sealed cabinet, or as a mid-bass in a vented satellite enclosure. It can easily handle 250 watts and reproduce frequencies of 58 Hz to 5 kHz. Each Eminence American Standard model can be identified by its economical Stamped Steel chassis. Although more affordable than cast aluminum, these frames provide an excellent and versatile chassis.
