It’s hand-selected for tone, weight, and a prominent grain pattern visible through the translucent White-Blonde relic lacquer finish. A quarter-sawn (for strength and stability) one-piece maple neck/fingerboard sports Fender’s coveted “soft-V” neck profile and easy playing 7.5” radius fretting surface. A lacquer finish provides a smooth vintage feel, while the aged toner, relic ’55 tuners, and vintage style slide-decal top off the authentic looks.

A lone Fender Custom Shop hand-wound ’55 P-bass pickup is run through a vintage style control plate with a single volume and tone controls capable of getting you into just about any sonic territory you care to explore.
