IsoAcoustics new V120 system provides an aesthetically pleasing and cost-effective means to markedly enhance the sound clarity and transparency of wall or ceiling-mounted professional audio speakers. The V120 isolation mount is easily installed for wall and ceiling applications using IsoAcoustics mounts or can be adapted to other third-party mounts and assemblies including truss and Unistrut channel. With a weight capacity of up to 40lbs./18.1kg and adapters available for most of the popular professional audio speakers, this assembly provides 360 degrees of horizontal rotation as well as 90 degrees of vertical tilt adjustment. Using the V120 Mount, studio monitors can be oriented to be facing forwards or downwards and can be tilted to allow easy adjustment for focusing monitors.

Building upon the success and performance of other IsoAcoustics products, this design provides a high degree of isolation while firmly holding speakers in position to maintain accuracy and performance. By mitigating the transfer of vibration into the supporting structure and cavities, the IsoAcoustics V120 reduces the excitation of the supporting structure, the transfer of energy through the structure and the conduction of vibrations back into the speaker. The V120 compliments professional audio speakers to provide remarkable clarity and openness.

Unique Design

The V120 comes with a ceiling plate that can be directly fastened to the ceiling or other flat surfaces. Alternatively, the ceiling plate can be removed to allow the V120 to be installed on other support structures such as wall brackets, unistrut, truss systems and third-party mounting hardware using IsoAcoustics adapters (sold separately).

Depending on the speaker model, the speaker can be either attached to the V120 Bottom Flange, or the Bottom Flange can be removed, and a Sliding Bracket (sold separately) can be used to provide a connection to the speaker. The Sliding Bracket provides easy adjustment to keep the studio monitors weight balance below the isolators for optimum performance.

Adapters and brackets are available for common studio monitors weighing 40lbs or less.
