The new “Stompers” stand out from the pack for a few reasons. They are not cheap plastic tops but rather an interesting flexible plastic that grips the foot switch with flex and expansion. Due to this special plastic, J Rockett has eliminated the need for set screws. Anyone who has used similar products that require a set screw understands the nightmares of losing set screws and rendering a new expensive foot switch topper useless.

Stompers are an inexpensive solution to improve functionality, visibility, and create a larger target for the foot. They are designed in such a way that the curve of the Stompers creates better leverage. If hit only on the side of the Stomper, it will still operate the foot switch function with ease.

There are several foot switch diameters, and J Rockett will eventually have Stompers for all sizes, but as it stands, the current Stompers fit the most common foot switch sizes starting with the most common size at 10mm. The company also makes the 8.7mm version for the most common relay foot switches.
