The Kickport Bass Drum Sound Enhancer is a necessity for any drummer who is looking to maximize the natural tonal qualities of their bass drum. The Kickport enhances the subsonic frequencies ranging from 20 to 80hz and increases that attack to give you improved feel and power. Easy to install, the KP2 can be used with all brands of drums and heads, all genres of music, and all playing styles. The Kickport can be installed by using a sharp X-Acto or similar type utility knife when installing on new, uncut (non-ported) head. Install when the head is already mounted and tuned on the bass drum, unless installing on pre-cut head with 5" or 5.5" hole or larger.
