There is a scuff on the headstock and a ding on the bottom of the body.
The Joe Morrell Custom Series 8-String Lap Steel Guitar features a chambered maple body with contoured styling and a high gloss urethane Rust Metal Flake finish.
It has a 25" (635 mm) resonator scale, 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with dot markers, and jumbo neck frets. The slotted headstock includes Grover Sta-Tite 18:1 vertical nickel open-back tuners.
Electronics include Dimarzio PAF8 humbucker neck and bridge pickups, silver bell push/pull volume and tone controls, and a 3-way mini toggle switch for humbucker/single-coil combinations.
The chrome Hipshot string-through bridge has individual saddles for intonation and string height adjustments. Additional features include a 3-ply pickguard, 1/4" side mount jack, and felt backing.
