The Schecter Omen Elite-6 in Black Cherry Burst features a bolt-on construction with a mahogany body and burl top, arched top contour, and black 1-ply binding. It includes black hardware and a Schecter Custom hardtail bridge with string-thru-body design.

The maple neck has a Thin “C” profile and a rosewood fingerboard with pearloid line inlays. It features a 14" (355 mm) radius, 24 X-jumbo frets, and a 25.5" (648 mm) scale length. Neck thickness measures .787" (20 mm) at the 1st fret and .866" (22 mm) at the 12th fret. Additional specifications include a Graph Tech XL Black Tusq nut with a 1.653" (42 mm) width and a 2-way adjustable truss rod with a 5/32" (4 mm) Allen nut.

Electronics include Schecter Diamond Heretic pickups in both the neck and bridge positions, controlled by volume, tone, and a 5-way switch.

Additional features include metal knurled knobs with set screws and factory-installed Ernie Ball Regular Slinky strings (.010–.046).
